Series I: Uncovering your soft addictions/Discovering your MORE
An experiential exploration of your life's vision and the obstacles keeping you from it.

Through art you will be better able to recognize where you are in your lives as well as where you want to be. Each person will be their own guide for developing the direction that will get them closer to the life they desire.

No art experience or skill required. When used in therapy art is always about expression, not talent. Please leave all of your fears and expectations around previous art experiences at home. Participants will be asked to share only what they are comfortable sharing. All art materials will be provided.
